Truist confirmed a day ago they would release my funds from my reputable employer and today said they would be holding my check until 9 days from the point of mobile deposit. If you need your funds within 9 days of deposit, I do not recommend you bank with these people. The supervisor, Madison, whom I spoke to was absolutely no help. I cannot say enough bad things about this institution. If I could give zero stars I would.
Why is the heck does this bank show that is open, when is close ? Is freaking stupid. They should take out of the web like that ppl don’t waste time drive there
Literally the worst bank in the area. If you like YOUR money, business, and want a bank with any kind of personal touch DON'T GO HERE. Absolute clowns
My brother banks here and wrote me a check. I decided to cash it at the Fearrington Branch where I was told they would charge him $8 because I do not have an account there. This makes zero sense to me. My brother has been with them for almost 60 years. Of course it has changed names in that time frame. So he is now looking for another Bank.This is my first online review too.
This branch badgered my mother who had dementia to extend a Certificate of Deposit that she needed to roll into her checking account. Her family is now unable to collect due to Suntrust's deceptive practices. BEWARE!!!
