SHARICA WAS AMAZING! And helped me out so so much. Thank you to the ladies at Truist for providing excellent service today. 10/10
The staff were very helpful in resolving an issue with a destroyed cashier check that another branch was not able to assist me with. They were very professional, friendly and thorough. As I waited in the lobby it was apparent they know their regulars and make an effort to build relationships with their customers.
4pm on a Friday and the bank was closed. A sign on the door said, “Temporarily closed” and listed 2 other locations. This is the 3rd time we have tried to visit this branch. A woman at the ATM quipped, “I bet you they won’t open again”, apparently she’s had the same issues with this location
