Very Rude Customer service Kim is very Rude she can’t even make a Wire transfer .she can’t make a withdrawal.she is not helpful.what kind of branch is this?
Worst bank ever. They need to update their hours since they are NEVER open until 6 on fridays. Complete waste of time and gas. Got off early one friday and went to 3 different locations between 12 and 3. All three drive thrus were closed for lunch. Absolutely ridiculous. As soon as I can I will be moving my accounts elsewhere. I never had a problem with SunTrust and I was with them over 20 years.
My experience with SunTrust keeps getting worse. May have to find another bank
