Horrible banking experience just a joke lazy slow people who could care less about customer
Diego Lezcano is one of the rudest clerks ever dealt with . I explaining something to him and he cut me off in middle sentence that we don’t do that at this bank. He didn’t let me finish my sentence, on what I had to say. Dear Truist you should really look into who you hire. Diego Lezcano was fired from Bank of America for being rude to clients.
The staff is very profesional, helpfull and very nice. Always with a smile. The customer service is verygood. Mr. Ron is awesome.
