If I could give Truist a zero star I would. I can't even begin to express how dissatisfied of a customer I am. It's beyond words!!!!. I had fraudulent activity on my account in Dec 2023. I called and was issued a new card. Truist needed to open a claim to research the matter and never did. I call back in April inquiring why its still there and they said i didnt get a claim opened. I've been to 4 different ones everyone of them only has 2 employees an it takes no less than 20 minutes to cash a check...
I ever seen such unprofessional staff and wrest bank I will definitely close my account with Truist , A month in advance I called them and I told them I need new bills for my coming trip out of the country , and I checked with them every week going to their branch asking about my money but they make non sense excuse, I went again on week 4 which promised me we will have your money come and pick it when I went again the same scenario. on top of that the cheap staff behave was not acceptable for me and went in side and toke my... read more
