My account was closed without my knowledge, and I didn't receive my pay via direct deposit because of this. I'm quite unhappy about it. I have bills to pay and need to eat. I wont bank with them again.

The tellers in the bank are great. The Truist phone system is a joke.
BB&T customers have been told that Suntrust ATMs are usable for us. We tried to use both of this location's, and they did not work. We went inside for assistance, and were given little help. The employee at the counter had limited knowledge of the Truist merger. She was also overworked (the only one assisting a line of customers), while several other employees sat around in their offices. We were told that one of them would help us, but they never did. A complete waste of time. We will likely not be back.
