Very slow service at my branch. Always a long process to do anything at the teller counter and drive thru. Need to speed things up a lot.
PLEASE FIX YOUR DRIVEWAY THRU LANE!!. When you turn in to the drive thru off Hinson, you have to make a right then a left within the lane that takes you to the multiple drive thru lanes. The brick curbing is all jacked on the lane leading to the drive thru. Very narrow and constantly hitting my wheels on the curbing. Please adjust the curbing to make it better. DO NOT BANK HERE. We are leaving Truist after this branch let a thief walk in and empty one of our accounts. I wish I was kidding. And unfortunately the only people who think this is no big deal, are the people who work here. The manager, Monica, could not have been more dismissive to me or unconcerned about what happened. I have never used a bank with incompetent people like this one. For the 4th time in a row I have ordered a debit card, and even after informing the debit card department, they keep making the same mistake of sending it to the old address. The last time, supposedly, a supervisor was monitoring me and he assured me that I would have my debit card at home, so they failed for the 4th time.
