DO NOT BANK HERE. We are leaving Truist after this branch let a thief walk in and empty one of our accounts. I wish I was kidding. And unfortunately the only people who think this is no big deal, are the people who work here. The manager, Monica, could not have been more dismissive to me or unconcerned about what happened. I have never used a bank with incompetent people like this one. For the 4th time in a row I have ordered a debit card, and even after informing the debit card department, they keep making the same mistake of sending it to the old address. The last time, supposedly, a supervisor was monitoring me and he assured me that I would have my debit card at home, so they failed for the 4th time. Wow, I have never been treated so rude by someone. The tellers at this bank were so rude. I had a check to cash with their bank name on it. They would not cash it, even though I had my licesne and my military id. The way I was treated was completely uncalled for. Then they started talking in spanish to each other about me. Read the other reviews, this place is ridiculous. Lousy terrible customer service. I would rather get my checks cashed at a pawn shop.
Rude employees. Bank charges to cash their own checks. Will never do business with them again.
