Terrible service. Almost impossible to get a visit with a banker. I was lead to believe that could help me but 2 months in they told me the process would take 4 more months. I went down the street to Bank of America and they went out of there way to help me. Skip Truist and go to Bank of America.
We had the pleasure of Trisha helping us to get our address changed and provide us with a copy of a transaction for the DMV in FL. Great service with a smile.
