Yesterday l went to Truist on High Street with two deposits and Sonya took my deposits. The deposits were for two different accounts, but she put both deposits in one account. Today l went to the branch and told her of her mistake and she said nothing; no sorry that happened, no apology. This is very unprofessional, and the only reason l go there is the location is convenient. They have asked me to open a personal account and this instance is why l never would.
