In the Truist bank, Deja McNeil, James, and all staff helped me to opened my 1st bank account. Everyone is nice and kind. Thank you so much for all help. Thank you.
James the Branch Leader was very helpful with looking into my account issue and with advice. The tellers are all very polite and have been prompt and kind every other time I’ve stopped in!
Yesterday l went to Truist on High Street with two deposits and Sonya took my deposits. The deposits were for two different accounts, but she put both deposits in one account. Today l went to the branch and told her of her mistake and she said nothing; no sorry that happened, no apology. This is very unprofessional, and the only reason l go there is the location is convenient. They have asked me to open a personal account and this instance is why l never would.
Poor customer service and lack of consideration and caring with a fraud victim. Don't bank with Truist. Go elsewhere.
The staff is great at this branch. Always friendly and helpful.
