My momey was stolen by teller in the drive through. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused . She put my money on there 5 days after I noticed saying that she made a mistake and added my money to another person's account. TRUST ME THEY STEAL AND IF YOU DONT NOTICED UR MONEY WOULD BE GONE
This isn’t my bank but the company I work for uses this bank. It’s common practice that I’ve dropped off checks for projects to make it easy . This is the first time I’ve ever felt racially profiled here . The lady(Teller) didn’t bother to ask me for the business bank account numbers as usual and told me that the homeowner needed to be there . I truly enjoy working with Mallory and his team. They are consistently kind, professional, and dedicated to finding innovative solutions to unique challenges.
African-American guy that answered my call was so exasperated by my question that he breathed so loud into the phone, I could almost smell his lunch. If my issue is not resolved I will go into the branch and formally report that guy. Unprofessional and rude.
Just used the drive through and the male teller did not say a single word! No "hello". No "thank you for your business." No "pound sand". Not a word. The service here is usually pathetic but today had a cherry on top!
