I made a deposit above $10K from my Business account at SandySpring to my Truist personal account and they delaid my OWN money 10 business days. According to them it's the time they need to make sure the funds are available. My money is no longer with SandySpring bank and it's still delayed at Truist. How low can you go as an institution?? Truist is making money out of my own money for their own benefit. Bank of America needs 24 hours to clear most checks. Truist thinks we are dumb beleiving its explanation.
7 Customer waiting in the line and one counter open and manger and other team leader are taking very bad customer service seems like manger don't care about customers
Jorge at Truist is fantastic, he helped my elderly mother with setting up a new checking account and getting a check deposited that she received for selling her car.. He also helped her by giving her 3 starter checks so she could pay some pending bills.. He spent a great deal of time helping us and answering our questions and we really appreciate that level of customer service.. Jorge is an asset to Truist bank!
Terrible service very long in line waiting :(
Wait time is awful and lots of personal conversations going on which delays the Business you are trying to take care of.
