Sad to see bad reviews because as banks go, this one is a easy and uncrowded as it gets. The online banking is far better now as well then it was with BB&T.
I had banked with BB&T for many years and had a terrific relationship with the branch managers. Since the merger and rebranding as Truist, services have been curtailed and/or eliminated, fees increased and customer service is horrible, with limited staff and inoperable atm machines and drive throughs. I’ve experienced this at several locations, and the poor reviews confirm it. We are moving both our business and personal accounts to Chase bank as many of our associates have recommended. No one returns phone calls. I've left 3 messages and sent an email to the branch manager and no response in over 2 weeks.
The worst customer service. The manager, Chi & bank teller, Lida should be sent to classes to learn how to service their customers.
