There are good folks at this bank.great service.
Customer service is getting very slow at this bank. If you like to wait then this is your bank. On particular teller could care less if she waited on you or not. I don't find her to be as efficient other tellers. Another Day Oct 7th: I go into the bank today, just one teller, the one I don't care for, I spoke with a manager that was sitting in his office. My experience with this Truist branch has been nothing short of wonderful. Almost everyone on the team greets you with a smile and warmth. Top notch service and knowledgeable staff. The people that are giving low stars because of a wait might want to avoid going in the late afternoon when I’ve noticed they do get a rush at this location.
