Stopped by last Saturday to cash US Savings bond. Teller is not helpful that made me to walk out. Her reason is she is busy. Will find another Truist branch.
Sharma is the worst teller I have ever met!! She cannot even read; she does not know her job, and she is too old to be a teller. Teller is a very responsible job!!! Their manager does not know how to be a leader, solve problems, has a very poor attitude, and is the rudest teller!
Only one teller available. Very inefficient and disorganized branch. Waited 15mins waiting to deposit never coming back to this branch.
Don't be discouraged by the rating - it's because people with positive experience generally don't leave Google reviews. It's the opposite. But here I'm leaving one as I was truly impressed and wanted to recognize it. We just opened a nonprofit account here and Ms. Hilai Olomi was awesome to work with. She made a potentially complicated process feel easy and was incredibly patient with all our paperwork. She’s super professional and really knows her stuff; it’s rare to find that level of personal service at a bank these days.... read more
