Excellent customer service, both ladies at the front desk that helped me today were lovely and super helpful and professional. Great location!
Have had bad experience multiple times to make a withdrawal from my checking and money market accounts. Both times got “we don’t have that much” and “you need to call ahead” as well as “can you come back tomorrow”. Amounts were nothing crazy at ~10K. Like being friendly doesn’t really make up for not being able to perform main function of a bank and doing what I came there for. Considering moving all funds to another bank.
Robin Garcia at Truist Bank in Centreville was amazing! She made my day with her calm and friendly demeanor. Robin was incredibly patient, answered all my questions about my accounts, and provided clear explanations that put me at ease. I truly appreciated her professionalism and how relaxed she made the whole experience. Highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance at Truist 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This branch has steadily lowered its standards, and had now become a place where it's impossible to conduct even the simplest business transaction. I'm giving up on Truist as a bank for my business. Over the years, what used to be a good branch with competent employees has become a shadow of its previous self, with employees who don't care and/or have no clue how to properly provide banking services
I am genuinely confused by why this place does not have at least a 4.5 or five-star rate Every time I go in I get wonderful service. I'm not a Rich man, but I'm treated with the utmost respect from start to finish each and every time.. I highly recommend this institution. The relationships they form with you are real and they remember and care about your issues and concerns.
