Do not go into this bank. Worst customer service and rude staff ever I encountered!! I typically deposit money whether it is cash or check through the ATM machine to avoid the trouble and miscommunications. Today the worst case scenario occured, when the ATM machine ate my check and my debit card. It continuously said to take the “undeposited check“ but the entrance where my check has been deposited was not opening back up, nor was my debit card being released. We went in on a Saturday for a quick request with a banker and the service was amazing! We were greeted immediately, and waited less than 10 mins to speak to a banker, during which we were greeted 2 more times. The banker we worked with Pega, was also very sweet and helpful!
You can't imagine the level of incompetence at this bank. The banker didn't even know what bank she was in. She had to call customer service for help.
Terrible Service. I will never come back to this branch.
