Worst people to deal with rude. I don’t understand why they even have this true is still running. They need to shut it down. They have people sitting in there and not trying to work but it’s empty. You’re going in there to do a transaction. It takes you 30 minutes.
Where is customer service here at this branch just coming in to clarity get my money from this branch ladies giving me a hard time just to take out $1600 in mind you I have a business account with these people
The manager, Michael is an exceptional human being. I’ve been with Truist for a good six or seven months I believe and he’s told me more about banking than I’ve ever learned in my life just being there with him he’s also handled with so very professionally and it’s great to talk to. I feel like I known him my whole life.
