Came in to cash my checks. I handed the teller my checks and iD to him in his hand. When he cashed them, he sat my money on the counter instead of my hand. I felt some way but didn’t say anything. Then he sat my iD on the counter next. Then i let him know that he’s supposed to give to me in my hands and that i gave them to him in his hand. He wasn’t rude about it but i didn’t want my money and iD sat on the counter. It’s a common courtesy rule.
No disrespect to the bank branch, but as a person opened a bank account lest then year. I have been using Truist bank almost year. My complaint is. I haven’t been working past six month. And I haven’t closed my account. When I came to the atm one of the branch. It said re enter my pin, because I remember, I put my birth year. I’m not gonna say it because other people might steal it. Please fix the issue if the person hasn’t used for a while. And thank you
A very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great CD rates.
Supposed to be open. Not open. Wasted my time driving there. 20 min each way.
