Uhm 😶 I’m speechless right now these people are VERY unhelpful Rude To There customers so I do not like this Truist as much
If 0 stars was an option, they would get '0.' she would not read the letter I'd received from bank operations or take the steps the letter recommended to fix the issue. Had us fill out the same form that did not work before.
