One thing I do not like about a bank you deposit a check on a Friday I think it’s 6 February for $1900 And the checks not going to appear till the 18th Simply ridiculous Imagine all the people that are making this deposits this banks holding thousands if not millions of dollars holding money They think we’re stupid
Every time I visit this branch I have had a bad experience. The ATM machine is out of order half of the time and you have to wait forever to talk to a teller. I was 1st in line at the second drive through lane. Another customer was already being helped at the first window, when I pulled up. I waited 13 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. This is by far the worst bank I have ever been to. It's 4:00 and the line for the drive thru had 8 car...I think no problem I'll just go in....I go in and stand for a couple minutes and only one person is helping at the counter....I ask the lady waiting in front of me if she had been helped and an employee basically shouted that she was going home....that is hands down the worst bank experience I have ever experienced.
