Worst bank ever. Do not trust them. My father passed away and when my mother went in to close one of his accounts ( with the will listing her as the only beneficiary and his death certificate) they refused to give her the money!!!!
I walked into this location and no one even looked up at me, Empty lobby. After seated for several minutes I asked one of the tellers that I needed help opening an account and she told me someone will be right with me. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked about how much longer it was going to be. She said “I’m sorry did you say anything to anyone when you walked in here?” I said well yea ma’am, you told me that someone would be right with me. She said “oh it’s just been one of those weeks!
