I visited this Truist branch and witnessed an interaction in the drive-thru that made me very uncomfortable. A older lady raised her voice at a client and demanded their driver license in a harsh and disrespectful tone. The way she spoke to them felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Staff should treat people with courtesy, especially when handling customer information.
