This is the worst bank ever! I went in to get 2 dollar bills for my grandkids. The teller's name is Brian. He asked for my id and my bank card to give me 5 2 dollar bills!!! I hate this bank! I am going to take my money elsewhere!!!
If you have any other options GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. You wait 30-45 min every time you go here and the teller will pause a couple times in the middle of your transaction to help the drive thru.
Staff is nice, but this is the slowest bank. Every time I go I have to wait a minimum of 15 mins to be serviced even if there is only one person ahead of me.
Generally when coming to the branch, I tend to always deal with boring and long wait times which happened again today. But, it was actually better time, since the security officer was there and did converse with basically anyone that came in. It made the wait times not seem so bad and made the wait actually move faster. I hope 🤞 there is another officer like her there next time. I wish I would’ve gotten her name.
