Drove 2 hours because they said they were open till 5 on Saturday. While all others closed at 12 pm. They keep you on phone or say they can call back the number. Amd dont. But I get here and sign says they closed at 12 pm
I’ve been banking with BB&T and now Truist for over 30 years and I have never had such bad service as I have had with this Branch in the Calverton Shopping Center. When it was located on the other end of the Center and was BB&T the service was fast and friendly. The last 2 times I tried to make a transaction the staff acted like I wasn’t even standing first and only in line. I hate this bank… they take forever and only have one teller working during lunch traffic.
Use any other bank. Been waiting on critical paperwork for 7 weeks now. And it's not the branch, it's corporate. As a bank they're extremely frustrating to deal with.
