This is my first visit. When I entered, the ONLY teller was not at her station, but she was standing near the kiosk, talking to en elderly woman who seemed to need a lot of assistance. The teller greeted me and said she would be with me in a minute. Since she was NOT at her station, I thought she was a greeter. Linda was extremely patient and very helpful in helping me with my transactions. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had since banking with Truist.
Friendly and helpful on a Monday morning
Just wanted to exchange $10 so I could get a present for my little daughter. They refused as I am not a customer. I told them that I and my 3 kids will never be their customers just for that reason!
