I visited the Truist Bank location on April 8 th, my experience was excellent. Jackie and Amelia were absolutely amazing. They took the time to clearly explain how to open a secured credit card and walked me through everything in detail. I really appreciated how knowledgeable they both were. they truly knew what they were doing and made the entire process smooth and easy to understand. Been using this Truist since it was a BB&T, I've always had good, quick service from everyone. Occasionally there is a long wait due to staff shortages, but once i'm at the counter, I'm in an out in less than 10 mins. I had one "negative eexperience" with an extremely pushy District manager trying to get me to open a credit card but the regular staff apologized afterwards and offered alternatives thst actually worked for me.

This bank really is ridiculous, this is what you give me a ripped bill. Ummm no . I took it right back to them . lol it was so done on purpose cause it was stuck in between other 100$ bills. Think you all are slick .
This is my first visit. When I entered, the ONLY teller was not at her station, but she was standing near the kiosk, talking to en elderly woman who seemed to need a lot of assistance. The teller greeted me and said she would be with me in a minute. Since she was NOT at her station, I thought she was a greeter. When I finished completing my bank slip, I noticed that there was no teller at the teller stations, so I asked where they were.
