This Oxon Hill location is ridiculous. I told the teller 3 times to deposit my business check into my business account! She still got it wrong. Uggggg. Then they put a week hold on the funds. Trust me.....drive over the bride to the Alexandria location and work with a more competent location.
Went to the branch with my Dad to withdraw funds, and because he has dementia and couldn't answer questions, they denied his withdrawal. We had the worst demeaning experience with Capria, the teller, and Allie Sesay were very unprofessional. Do not bank at this branch it is awful. I went to the branch on Oxon Hill Rd and received the best professional courteous service. The difference in attitude was refreshing.
