It’s currently 9:10 am on Saturday 3/15/2025 and know one is here at the bank.
Worst customer service. Took my mom there for her address update, they treated her poorly and we ended up closing our account there and moved to another bank. Turned out that her account was still open and we went to another branch and they told us that we should call customer service as this branch has other customers to attend to…. I went to the Truist Bank and waited to be seen since the teller said that I would have to wait until the manager could help me. The manager finished with the customer she was working with and as I stood up to go see her, a couple came in and walked over and she told them to sit down and she would help them. Maybe they’ll see with this horrible review that I am not dead and unlock my account. It’s only been four months!
Woefully understaffed (one teller working both walk-in and drive-thru customers) and hot inside. You'll be waiting ages on a random weekday afternoon just to make a simple deposit. I don't even blame those working here, this is on Truist. Although it’s causing some tellers to be rude and short with customers. Others manage to still be friendly despite having no help. As everyone else in the reviews mentioned, it's time to switch banks.
