It's a very busy branch and sometimes there is quite a line, and wait. However the customer service is excellent!

First of all. I'm upset with the bank representative whom supposedly is suppose to help the customer open, help with issues or remedy the issue of one self. My fiance told me about 1 month ago of the representative who speaks Spanish has a temper when it's closing time or close to.closing time. Today afternoon I accompanied my fiance and it was 3:45pm and there was 2 customers ahead of us and when we waited for an hour. She had the nerve to say I'm sorry come back tomorrow.
