the manager is lovely, I forget her name but she's so friendly and helpful, even when I have no clue what I'm doing.
Not family friendly. Been banking 4 yrs here. Single dad of 3 teens and can’t deposit their paychecks through me. Need their own ID and account. At 15? Lol. Plenty of money in my account to cover them also. Rude about it too. 🤷🏼♂️🤙🏼. Closed and off to my other bank

The people that work there are awesome. I don't feel like anybody's trying to force their products on me.On the other hand even though I opted out when I opened my account ,They continue to market Me through the mail. Even though Truist Bank said they would continue to service the same conditions as BB&T in writing. I was sent a letter by an Affiliate of Truist Stating that I had to opt out over the phone that they never answer Or I don't have time to wait for them to answer.
