Very bad service last time to come here
Hire more tellers, please. One full-time teller at lunch, ridiculous! Line of 8! For Godsakes! It's lunchtime! Customers deserve more!
First of all, this Truist whether inside or outside at the atm/drive ups always seem to be packed. I was so disappointed that upon going in today with no one else waiting for a service person but me to be greeted by “Ms. Vee” the branch mgr. who I was basically questioned by just to have her route me back to a teller that sent me to her. Highly highly unprofessional and I’ve worked in multiple industries I feel bad for her staff perhaps she needs to retire cause she’s literally BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS.
I've had an Business Checking Account with Truist for over 2 years and it's been absolutely horrible. My account has been compromised 2 times where a card had to be reissued. I then was charged with 3 overdraft fees after account was in the negative (not fault of mine), the management and staff at this location are the worst and do not care.
Worst bank ever long lines only one person works and they limited deposit machines and extremely slow and long lines just for deposit just instal a walk in deposit machines extremely disappointed 👎🏻it’s time to change
