The employee Azea Jafari is at best disrespectful and worst prejudice. I saw the customer in front of me was annoyed with her, as was I at her disrespectful and accusatory tone. I left before even processing my check and just went to another Truist location.
I came into this bank to cash a payroll check I’ve successfully cashed here before, but this time I was suddenly told it needed to be verified without any clear explanation.
