This branch provides great service, and Kucha Jallow took the time to discuss various options and guided me in the right direction concerning the best option for me.
Chose this branch for getting gold medallion signature guarantees for estate documents because they have a parking lot and you can make an appointment, both are plusses. The bank manager and notary here gave my family excellent customer service and are on the ball, but this review is really for Eric, the MSG person for multiple Truist branches.
