100k truck paid off truist lost title now our problem. Spent 3 hrs oh phone many supervisors. Nothing they can do to help keeps passi g us around. 2 yrs been working on a title. Complete incompetence, horrible customer service
My God…… the slowest , by far drive through at a bank ive ever experienced. Charlotte Hall branch always has you in and out, 5 minutes tops…… The last time I went to the California branch, it was over 10 minutes… Today I have been sitting at the drive through for 15 minutes, and Im the only one here!!!!
The worse branch ever, the longest wait time ever even in drive thru, no one is enthused with working there everyone just stare into space as if they don't want to be there. I'll gladly take that drive to Prince Frederick rather than deal with the California branch. Just shut it down for crying out loud.
