Just look at the reviews. What bank has below 3 star average??!! They're below average at best and it represents what their upper management and company stand for. Poor management and worse service keep up the work, im sure somebody is noticing the difference in this branch versus others.
Customer service at this branch is nonexistent. If you need to sit down and speak with someone, be prepared to wait because there’s only one person handling those appointments. I was told the wait would be an hour, which I didn’t have time for. There was only 4 customers in the entire bank if that. To make matters worse, the promised follow-up never happened. This incident occur April 12, 2024 around 3 PM. My uncle and I went to go cash out his work check with two forms of identification he has went there many times before without an issue today this rude colored lady with twist was being so RUDE!! Jeanette is the best. I have never had a bad experience at this branch but Jeanette went above acne beyond and actually linked my accounts for me after making my deposits.
