Contacted C/S at location. Gentleman who answered had very poor communication skills. I asked for manager. He wasn’t available. I was making a comment the rep didn’t like and he hung up on me.

Horrible experience with this Branch today with their manager Cory Chang - Green Hills Hobbs Road. Visited the bank and received printout of my balance. I was off 100 dollars from previous deposit in March 2022. Cashier said was due to a payment. Went home and calculated and still 100 off. Called branch…no one answered. Called branch again….no one returned my call. Soooo I drove back to branch and talked with cashier who helped me and he could not figure it out. Terrible experience since the banks merged. My BB&T bank was great but I sat in the drive-thru at this location for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Teller was extremely rude. Will be closing my account here.
