For the last three months I have been attempting to get my loved one’s Power of Attorney loaded. My loved one has banked with Truist forever. However, three months later I am being run around from branch to branch. I have reached out to regional managers, communicated with customer advocate, you name it, and still Truist is putting their policy re: co-agents over my loved one’s legal power of attorney. Very nice and professional
The branch has been fine to deal with. Always a pleasant experience. If you call Truist customer service, the representatives are in the Philippines… Friendly but not helpful at all. Wish this company, BB&T, never merged with Suntrust.
