Long Term Customer of Truist but Ms. Melissa needs some training in customer service.
Working with Ms. Linda Fields has been such a pleasurable experience. One of my family members has a vision disability and I feel they are helped so well here. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for helping us. You're awesome!!!
Went here yesterday just for a simple transaction but came in contact with wonderful staff at this branch. Linda was very knowledgeable about telling me how she can help my businesses. I, honestly thinking about closing my other business accounts at other banks because of the things Linda told me about how Truist can be more beneficial to my business.
Don't staff properly. Cant help over the phone but also don't have a staff member able to help you with your account when you come in and you have to come back whenever they have staff to do so. Very odd. Not a fan.
