First time at this branch. It was a little upsetting in the beginning not understanding what the teller wanted to do with my account information. But in the end Linda and Melissa were both great in explaining what was needing to be done to my account. I appreciate the attention to detail.
Linda Fields is the best! She’s very knowledgeable and helps account holders learn to budget, as well plan for the future. Her expertise are very valuable I appreciate her taking the time to help me prepare for the future. Best Merritt Blvd Branch Manager I ever encountered.
Very understaffed..
With 6 deposits that you have they make you faces and you feel uncomfortable and you don’t want to come back to this location again they need new staff or if they want to loose costumers they can keep them .. I went to another location where they are super friendly and helpful .. the weird thing is they work with our money and they need our money to have business .. but they don’t care
