10/19/2024 who ever is working today is lazy. They cost me my Saturday. Would not cash a check for them and put into my account for me to pay someone else bill today. Ive had all types of checks cashed during the week days. However ive never seen these people working today and i will never step foot in there if Simone Parham. Terrible. Do not bank with them. They charge crazy fees, lock your account often, and they have terrible customer service. They cant speak english and I'm supposed to trust them with my money? In every branch there's always 1 or 2 people working. It's awful. After being with SunTrust for over 10 years, I pulled every dime out of my accounts the other day.
