I would just like to say, I was with Truist for two years. I have no good comments to share. I feel like I kinda was in LA LA LAND!! 🤔🤠😕 My identity was stolen and not one single time did they offer to refund the money taken out of my account! Not one!! FDIC will be getting a email concerning this matter. I would NOT recommend this BANK at all. Save yourself and go a REAL bank
Worst bank ever. Pulling out every dollar after work today. A 5 month dispute stole 400$ from me after I spent AT LEAST 20 hrs on the phone. Half a dozen trips to branch. My credit card hasn't worked properly in 5 months (Since the dispute stole my money) and NOBODY can fix it. BEWARE OF THIS BRANCH YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE AT ALL.

Good, friendly people across the board. They recommend good financial services without being pushy, make it easy and convenient to close out accounts or transfer money, and are all around easy to work with. I also happened to be there when a belligerent and aggressive individual came in cursing and screaming, and they responded immediately to try and de-escalate. When that quickly proved impossible, they safely shepherded the individual outside and secured the area, keeping patrons safe. Great job Truist Hollins team!
