Waited more then 30 minutes to access my safe deposit box
Truist Bank is one of the most consistent banks. Consistently bad. 8 weeks trying and still no resolution over an erroneous $1,100 charge. Time for the BBB and the CFPB.
Hollins Branch never picks up their phone and when they do they act like you are bothering them. 🤦♀️
I would just like to say, I was with Truist for two years. I have no good comments to share. I feel like I kinda was in LA LA LAND!! 🤔🤠😕 My identity was stolen and not one single time did they offer to refund the money taken out of my account! Not one!! FDIC will be getting a email concerning this matter. I would NOT recommend this BANK at all. Save yourself and go a REAL bank
Worst bank ever. Pulling out every dollar after work today. A 5 month dispute stole 400$ from me after I spent AT LEAST 20 hrs on the phone. Half a dozen trips to branch. My credit card hasn't worked properly in 5 months (Since the dispute stole my money) and NOBODY can fix it. BEWARE OF THIS BRANCH YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE AT ALL.
