Had a bad experience, but was able to get the situation resolved a few days later
Terrible experience with a duplicate charge to my account. Five months in, 3 disputes which have resulted in reversed charges, money taken back out of the account and finally a notice that the dispute was not filed “timely”….and closed. Branch manager has assured me twice it would be taken care of- my guess is he quit as his replacement wouldn’t even entertain the complaint and referred me to the 800 number. Think twice about banking with Truist.
How can you store over $100,000 with a bank and they won’t let you use their bathroom when you’re at their location? Shows exactly what they think of their customers. Terrible customer service. I am changing banks.
