I just had the most wonderful experience at this bank. Paige helped me open up a new banking account and she made the entire process so easy. She walked me through the whole thing, and I cannot believe how many extra features this bank has opposed to my old one. Absolutely love this place and everybody was so friendly, especially beautiful Paige!
Would rate this location 0 stars if I could. I deposited $500 to the atm last Tuesday and the atm stole $480 and gave me back $20. I immediately went inside and filed a claim and have been struggling with paying bills and buying essentials. I also was told I could overdraft by $100 to ease some of my immediate financial worries, but that was a lie, too. This happened to me before as well.
