Stopped in this Monday morning, and while the ladies were very busy multitasking with numerous customers, it was still a very pleasant experience. Denise was both professional and very polite and took care of my transaction. Thank you.
Walked in on a Friday. Was told to take a seat because they only have one banker… on a Friday… Wasn’t helped or acknowledged while sitting for 20 minutes so I walked out. Customer service and banking sure isn’t how it used to be. Won’t be opening an account here.
