Terrible customer service and bank policies
Always great service.
Not a very helpful bank. Bank manager says one thing and tellers say the opposite.
Opened Business Account Online no issues. Had Cash to Dep next Day. Logged into Online Banking with notice to Contact Truist Online Followed Email Next Morning Account Locked and Closed. Branch Manager Closed Account Without Reason. Avoid This Branch or Close your Accounts and Go to a different Bank.
