Waste of time they closed my bank account because I Zelled $40.00 to myself. They required a $50 deposit, and it took them a while to send the bank card. They finally sent me the bank card on march 1. I go to activate it on March 2nd. Only to find out that the account is closed. I only Zelled myself $40.00 to get home. I did that so I can start keeping records of transactions at work. Nobody called me to verify if I made the transactions or nothing. No wonder they had to change their name from Suntrust they are the real scam... read more
Terrible customer service! I felt like I was bothering the teller when I was called to the window. He didn’t greet me or anything. I politely said “Good morning” and he seemed thrown off by it. When the next white customer came up he greeted them with “Hello how are you?” but I didn’t receive any of that.
Truist bank in general is terrible. Why is only 1 bank within a 20 mile radius open on a Saturday morning? All the locations are out of date. The employees seem to hate their jobs. Unfriendly & uncaring. Definitely changing banks.
