Had a horrible experience here today trying to cash a check as a non member. There were only 2 tellers working the inside with about 8 customers in line ahead of me. Not to mention the tellers on the inside work the outside drive thru line as well. I got in line and proceeded to show my two checks from my Lawyers Office Bader Scott in which Truist was the bank on them. He verified that I could cash them but it would be a fee of $8 per check.
