Had a horrible experience here today trying to cash a check as a non member. There were only 2 tellers working the inside with about 8 customers in line ahead of me. Not to mention the tellers on the inside work the outside drive thru line as well. I got in line and proceeded to show my two checks from my Lawyers Office Bader Scott in which Truist was the bank on them. He verified that I could cash them but it would be a fee of $8 per check. Spent 10 Is minutes at the drive through, pushed the button about twenty times And nobody ever answered, A long line started accumulating, So I said to The hell with it, And i'm going to another truist bank, I never had a problem with BB&T, Until they merged with suntrust
In the waiting area for more than 45 minutes at 9:00 bc they only have one teller in the office but 3 tellers doing transactions on the line. That doesn’t make sense. By 10:20 there were 5 ppl waiting in the waiting area to see a banker. Another banker finally shows and at this current moment I am still waiting in the waiting area for a banker.
