I have a problem with my mortgage going up from mid $700 to mid $900 a month with no notice no letter nothing. This location make me feel like family. They are just very good at service and everything I come back into the country and visit them is a great experience
I went with a family member so they can open an account and when we gave all the necessary information to Mr. Rodney, he said he couldn't because the SSN was under a different name?? That is impossible since we went to wells fargo after we left and they processed it IMMEDIATELY and SMOOTHLY under the NAME. So I think Rodney doesn't know how to put the correct numbers in even though it is RIGHT in front of him.
David was awesome and helped us with our accounts. Very engaging. Staff is always welcoming! Go see them for any banking needs you may have.
