Went to this branch today, we are new to the area. Did a wire transfer today. Everything went nice and smooth. The staff was so friendly and nice! Even got some recommendations for local places to eat an even a spot my wife can get a haircut lol. What a nice bank to have locally. Thank u Tina an Cindy
Have had issues with other Truist branches, but this one was great! I was warmly greeted by the teller and assured they could handle my walk in request to open an account. Brittany opened the account quickly and was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Trust & believe you don't want to bank w/Truist....first over paid a check $50 ....took 4 hours surfing from dept to dept .to get resolved... finally Truist solution was I had go back to person OVERPAID by bank to collect my funds....I drove 20-25 min to make deposit bank had closed although business hours reflected differently.....couldn't drive so I sent cash along with deposit slip to deposit by 3rd party on my behalf deposit was refused !!! This was all I'm one week and you never can contact branch or receive call backs
