Absolutely a joke of a bank. They don’t protect your money, they sell you on clover products when I joined suntrust. Now they act like they want nothing to do with it. When you call customer service you are talking with people in asia. Yes really good banking services.

I drive out of my way just to visit this branch weekly. The staff are always welcoming talkative and communicated with you. They even greet you by your first name they greet you by your name when you leave great customer service. Gonzalo is always funny and has a really good sense of humor so you can always joke around with him while you're waiting for your banking needs to be finished. However, I will recommend whoever the cleaning crew is at night needs to be replaced and/or needs a lesson on how to clean.
