Truist has become the worst company to deal with. If you have fraudulent activity they will let you know but then make ypu wait till it processes. Then YOU have to call them back and report the activity. After that they spend 30 days doing whatever they do and last they will send you a letter saying g they could not retrieve the funds. Absolutely worthless and then need to be better at taking care of their customers.
This is the worst Truist location I’ve ever been to. Customer service is absolutely terrible. They’re very slow and rude. They don’t treat everyone the same. If they know you they’re cool with you. If you’re not one of their regulars they couldn’t care less about you.

I’ve been banking here since we moved here from central Tampa. I find the folks there friendly and courteous and above all, willing to help. I have used TRUIST/SunTrust for almost 25 years and never had an issue with them.
