These horrible reviews are accurate , this bank is terrible why would anyone want to do business with them blows my mind !!! The best part is they know how bad there reputation is and don’t care to better it .
Truist redeposited check after the school said they don't redeposit checks. Weeki Wachee High School told me to pay cash because they never redeposited checks and the bank automatically redeposited without the schools knowledge. They owe me $30 fir redepositing the check. Ken.Oakes said he would not give me my $30 back. The school accountant wrote a letter stating she never redeposited check. Truist is a horrible bank they couldn't pay me to have an account. Slowest bank ever.... I don't get it seriously..... Thank God for online banking!!!! Ridiculous shame on them....
