Fast friendly service
Manager Sanaa Ismaeil turned away a expecting (pregnant) mother from using the restroom on site. She provided her id and was/is a Truist customer. The woman unfortunately urinated on herself due to the lack of concern and care exhibited by Ismaeil. Very concerning leadership style. Highly disappointed and recommend a coaching opportunity from her leadership.
