Aug. 7, 2025 The branch manager took care of my 'problem' couteously, professionally and efficiently; although I walked in during the last business hour, while he was already engaged in another task. He dropped what he was doing; showed me how to resolve my problem; then got on the phone and resolved for me. I am not a high dollor customer, but was treated as if I was. Just great customer service; and it is appreciated.
Simple actions that should be accomplished over the phone take a minimum of three visits, each with the promise of it being resolved the next time.
The Latina Branch Manager is the most unhelpful rude person I have ever met! I didn’t get her name as when I left I was so angry I did not want to say what was really on my mind, and knew if I didn’t leave at that moment I would. Sometimes it’s best to stay quiet. What happened: I needed to attain a medallion Stamp for a stock distribution and was directed to this branch and her being told she could provide it for me.
