Excellent service, very clean, I recommend it 100%
To see the postings/complaints this branch is having only confirms what I just experienced. I waited 30 minutes after being told it would take 15. At 30 minutes I asked how much longer I was told the personal banker was wrapping up her transaction. After 10 more minutes I just left I called to complain to Truist
Wait time here is ridiculous. Even for the simplest of errands.
If you are looking for a Bank to use look somewhere else. This Bank has no Customer Service. Trying to talk to someone over the phone is Impossible. You have to leave your number and hold they call you Back.
I had the worst experience with this bank I open an account online due to the COVID when I came to cash my check they told me I can not cash my check because there wasn’t any signature on file but I can deposit my check which will not be available to me until 2 or business days then said I should’ve open my account in house but how when everything is going on and why is it a problem when you have my id so you know it’s me and I have a account with you all so why is it a hassle to open my account now my account is under inves... read more
