Truist has now made it impossible for me to sign into my online account. My information is saved on my computer and it is the same I have used for years. Suddenly it doesn’t work. They want me to sign into with a QR code. Doesn’t work. Tried the "forgot my username" and it says one part (it won’t say which) of my information is incorrect. I have banked with Truist/Suntrust for 15+ years. The tellers that work there are absolutely great, as far as management, you'd find better people with more common sense at WalMart. The managers are rude, unhelpful, and do not take responsibility for anything they do wrong. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.
I joined Truist February 20. By March 1 I was receiving late payment fees on my credit card. I was told that I was a month behind on my payments. Then I tried to pay the card and payment was blocked because Truist froze my accounts for being a “new customer.“ It has been an absolute nightmare.
