Always very helpful and friendly, both with account transactions and with foreign currency exchange. Namrata in particular is very professional and always willing to assist.
Bank is awful so not use (teller’s speak very poor English & messed up a simple unfreezing of my account).
Excellent service and very helpful managers.

Horrible bank. The customer service here is a joke. They are also one of the slowest banks in McLean. There’s only one good person in the drive-through window, and he only works sometimes. Ever since Bank became truist, it has been worse and worse every month. Avoid truist, avoid this bank.
