Terrible customer service
I got a check for my grandmother out of state brought it there to open up an account they took my check. Said the account was open. I left 15 minutes later they called me said They did not approve my account. Asked if I could go pick up my check. They told me it was in the safe two months later I am still fighting with them to get my money after the check has already been cleared from my grandmother‘s account and I still do not have funds in my hand. I am in a battle right now with them over my money!!!
