Very professional sense they became Truist. Didn't care for Suntrust that much. They gave good employees now that treat there customers very well and a good management team!
Desiree was awesome and took us in to help us open an IRA even when we didn't have an appointment set up. Couldnt have asked for a more impromptu, delightful experience for a bank!
This is the worst bank that I have ever used in my life at 50 years old. It is always a bad experience at this branch on fivay road. Horrible Experience...opened a new account at Hudson, Fl. location because it was nearby to make cash deposits from my business. They lost my cash deposits on day 1 (still don't know how that was possible) and after a month, am still waiting to be "mailed" my money after numerous calls to customer services. Do Not Make the same mistake I did in trusting this institution with my money... AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
