This branch has many incompetent worker, from the leader to the teller. I came to this branch just to make a simple request. The "banker relation" didn't know what to do, had to ask the manager "leader". The "leader" manager didn't see I already had an online account set up, proceeded to set up another one for me, that is when my account got messed up. Really nice people but on June 24rth, 2026 I tried to withdraw 500 dallors from the ATM and it gave me a error that said something about the machine not having money and it still took the money out of my account ever since then I have been working with my back but there's nothing they can do they said truist would have to be the one to fix the issue I'm.not lying I'm pretty sure if they pull up the footage of that day it would show me not receiving any money I was in shock and forget to take a picture of the error message
