There are NEVER enough tellers. I always wait in line!
Worst Truist branch I have ever been to. Did not want to help me at all. Literally told me to call a support number and that there was nothing else they could do. That is sad!
I love the location, and have banking with Truist since it was CCB. But my God, this branch is so understaffed and slow that when you walk in on a Friday, count on a 20-45 minute wait just to make a deposit. I have been to other branches (Zebulon and Durham) on Fridays and their is never a wait over 5 minutes. So I have to believe the local management is to blame for all the frustrated customers coming to this branch.
A woman names Jennifer was there today. I believe she was from another location. In the past few months there has been many turn overs. The new manager and Jennifer both looked miserable to be at work today. Neither of them smiled for the ten minutes I was there and when they communicated to each other it was in a aggravated tone.
