I love the location, and have banking with Truist since it was CCB. But my God, this branch is so understaffed and slow that when you walk in on a Friday, count on a 20-45 minute wait just to make a deposit. I have been to other branches (Zebulon and Durham) on Fridays and their is never a wait over 5 minutes. So I have to believe the local management is to blame for all the frustrated customers coming to this branch.
A woman names Jennifer was there today. I believe she was from another location. In the past few months there has been many turn overs. The new manager and Jennifer both looked miserable to be at work today. Neither of them smiled for the ten minutes I was there and when they communicated to each other it was in a aggravated tone. I love the staff that is there. But omg, on a Friday having 1 bank teller for the. I had to literally wait 30 minutes just to get to the front. TRUIST Y'ALL NEED TO DO BETTER. ITS BEEN THIS WA, WAY TOO LONG!!
